Lots of tales out there that people haven't read at all, or for a long time.

A longer read for the weekend.  I realized I started posting this back in 2013 just 8 days before I had my stroke. Wow.

Napoleon and Illya again find themselves on a mission to again steal THRUSH's Triad Codes, and as always seems to be the case, the mission becomes much more complicated than they expected. Nigerian revolutionaries, Russians and of course T.H.R.U.S.H. all complicate matters.

Nothing like one of Glennagirl's longer stories! This is a little longer read, and a good hurt/comfort story.

The Russian is missing, along with the formula for a deadly virus. The trail is too cold for Napoleon, deadly cold for Illya.

Note: What was meant to be a few sentence opening to this week's prompt took on a life of its own. It worked well as a late entry for a previous challenge. I hope to continue the original story idea, a bit less floridly, on Monday.

Mrs. E. J. Harriman of Huddlescombe by the Sea, her beady eyes glinting with curiosity, paused to observe the taxicab that pulled up in front of the Wollecott Grand Hotel. “Gerald!” she bellowed, as her terrier yipped frantically and strained at his leash.

The rear door swung open. Haltingly, with labored movements, two men climbed out of the taxi. They stood on the public sidewalk, unashamed of their dishevelment, squinting resentfully at the pure rays of late morning sunshine. A martial gleam blazed in Mrs. Harriman’s eyes. She scooped up Gerald, gathering the terrier to her ample bosom, and marched upon the strangers.

One of my favorite series!

It's been a year since Leona came into their lives and everyone is still learning

Part of Alynwa's delightful 'Sugar and Spies' series, Illya and Napoleon have adopted a two year old girl they rescued while on a mission in Asia. The child, half black was fathered by an American soldier is an orphan. Her mother murdered and now the little girl is rejected by her village because of her mixed heritage. The story that started the series. "Sugar and Spies"

This story revolves around Napoleon and an UNCLE pharmacist.  Their discussion of what ails Napoleon goes so far beyond the spoken words and reveals the man inside the agent is human.  Very touching and brilliantly written.

On a rare visit home, Illya comes across something that brings back a vivid memory from his childhood.
