Vicky Loebel brings the perfect party to us in this rollicking tale of agents and wishful souls, of good intentions and guardian angel types.  I think I've rec'd this one before but it's worth a second read, or third or fourth... you get the idea.  Section VII threw a party last night in our fanfiction world, a few of you missed it but I hope you won't miss this one.
