A fine tale, well told. This is the first story involving a submarine that I can recall reading. It's a great choice, as it makes use of Illya's experience on a sub in the Soviet Navy.

I'm very glad you enjoyed it. I think it might have been rec'd a while back somewhere else, but it came to mind and seemed like a good read for this day.
