Baby aspirin usually, if not always, comes in 81 mg tablets.

The antibiotic that I was taking is usually twice the size and I take 500 mg acetaminophen occasionally for pain. The acetaminophen pills I'd never dry-swallow, no matter what because they'd get "caught" in my throat, nor would I be foolish enough to chew them up.
