Martin Luther King Day

Public Relations and Propaganda is the business of Section 7.  I'm wondering if there was anything on their agenda in relation to the Civil Rights Movement.
Would they have been in the background somewhere, helping along the efforts of those seeking equal rights for all in the American landscape?

And might there have been an UNCLE agent nearby when Martin Luther King was assassinated?
The tumultuous 60's had so much history making influence, and I have to wonder how close to the action the intrepid men from UNCLE might have been.
