Okay, hide your eyes if your sensibilities are very, um... sensible.

I saw this on Facebook and, well, maybe it's a little naughty, but I couldn't help visualizing Illya or Napoleon, in Medical and beat up from an encounter with THRUSH, trying to communicate with a nurse.  See if you can visualize it too.
