After writing the other story I kept thinking, since Napoleon was rescued in Communist Czechoslovakia with Illya (out of necessity, because U.N.C.L.E. had no large presence) leading a team of Soviet military types, not U.N.C.L.E. agents, that the Soviets would feel they had the "right and prerogative" to question the American. But I just couldn't visualize Illya, who knew at that point that Napoleon was in a questionable emotional state and was as well very familiar with the methods of his own military in such regard, allowing that to happen.

That idea stayed with me and thus this "addendum" vignette was born.
