Turns out you are right: This from the KNOWN ISSUES page:

•It is not possible to edit entries using Internet Explorer right now. This is reported and is being fixed.


So I guess I install FireFox or something to do the newsletter today.

Strange, since it worked fine with IE 10 on a 64-bit Windows machine. But not on this IE9 Windows 32-bit mahcine.
