Reading Room - Glass Threads by Eponymous_Rose

This story is one of those that we would like to read for longer, starting farther back and going forward into what the writer might have imagined for us.  As it is, this tight little story by eponymous_rose  is one that I have read many times, relishing the deft placement of despair and discovery between the Soviet and American agents, still young and brash as they try to figure out the complixities inherent in meshing East and West.  You may just want to read it twice.
