The Gang's All Here ...
This scene from The Vulcan Affair had to be added after the fact because of the change in actors portraying the Chief. In the pilot, Solo, another actor portrayed Mr. Allison, who was the Section I head.
A few things of note here:
It seems that early on someone decided that Kuryakin should be seen often in a white shirt with the (dare we say sexy?) shoulder holster. This must have been a purposeful decision because it is repeated often.
Mr. Waverly is standing in the hallway. I don't recall that he ever did this again.
Napoleon's hair is parted on the wrong side.
The light trousers on the Russian. It was actually a nice look.

I saw a few pics with Mr. Alison and every time, I remember (read that in my MFU book) that it was just a mistake which caused Will Kuluva to be "fired" instead of the man with a strange name, aka Illya Kuryakin...
