It's All About April - Drabble Tale - The 'Belize' Affair, Pt 5
At the entrance, a private nurse was waiting with a wheelchair and she escorted them in. The room reserved for Mark resembled a high-end hotel more than any hospital they had ever seen. Even the attached side room that was April's had more than the expected luxuries.
Smiling, the nurse - who acted more like a resort hostess - gave them Mark's itinerary: breakfasts were served in room, lunches were on the patio - weather permitting, dinner was in the main dining hall. He would have daily whirlpool, massage, and meditation sessions intended to aid both mental and physical healing.
