I miss our drabbles...

I'm wondering if anyone would like to write a drabble today... or any day.
A Little Drabble Do Ya has been a regular part of Section VII since we opened our virtual doors ten years ago.
I apologize for not being present very often, there's a lot going on here in the real world these days. But we're still here, we still are very fond of our agents, and we're buzzing around over on Facebook
Please join us there if you're not already present.

And for good measure, I give you a drabble.

Illya stared out the window as the train he and Napoleon were on sped through the French countryside. It was a rare moment of relaxation, with no one chasing or shooting at them.

“Napoleon, what would life be like if we weren’t UNCLE agents? I’ve not any time in my life when I haven’t been, umm… employed, as it were.”

Napoleon thought about it, his days in Korea and before that college. He was recruited as soon as his feet hit American soil back in those post-war days.

“I’m not sure, but I’d be willing to look into it.”

“Da.”

I've started something with my drabble story in the V Is For Venom challenge. For those who aren't familiar with drabbles, they are 100 words of storytelling. It's challenging, but you can say quite a lot in that space of words.
