This is a bit of life imitating art. I went to the ophthalmologist yesterday as I thought I had a torn retina in my eye as I was seeing flashes of light, and then 'floaters'.
Ends up it's age related, and I was told the floaters should eventually go away...maybe. In the mean time they're driving me crazy, very distracting. So I started wearing an eye patch....ahhh, much better. Though I don't look cool like IK...sigh.
Thanks! I think the patch is helping. If I don't wear it, wearing sunglasses seem to help. I have a pair of tinted magnifier glasses so that helps with the computer.
That is so true what Illya said. Wasn't that many years ago we were in the dark ages when it came to medicine. I think years from now people will say the same about medicine today.

(I had to wear a stick-on patch for several months when I was a kid, to correct a lazy eye, I was always getting told of for tryin to take it off.)
