This is my response to last week's What-if? prompt....am still catching up while my muse is cooperating!

The Prompt: What if Illya Kuryakin really was working for the Soviets?  What if his loyalty to UNCLE was severely handicapped by his devotion to duty regarding his homeland? What if Napoleon found out?

I like the way you handled this. My offering left me sad. Jantojones's story left me crying. This one leaves me with a cautious smile, which is lovely and positive after the negative week we have had here. Really well written and well told tale. Thanks!

Thank you so much. I wanted to keep it sort of ambivalent, but positive. Glad it worked. Sorry I haven't had the chance to read yours or JantoJones' ...am still catching up after my muse abandoned me.

Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. A family friend from Liverpool lost their daughter and left their 22 year old son without leg. All so so horrible.

Thank you thank you! You're doing better than me catching up on reading. I'm behind on doing that, as well as my writing. No Short Affair today, and I haven't got a PicFic, Song Story, Episode challenge or he next What if?
