Don't laugh, but a couple of days ago I noticed one or two of my shirts needed replacing. Then I realised just how many of my shirts that I am still wearing were worn at work for a couple of years.

I retired seven years ago.

I must be channeling Illya's way of thinking. I still have clothing in my closet that I wore for work....BUT I've been out of work since 2009. Like IK I look at it as still being wearable, but I have no place to wear it. lol!

Cute story.

I love the way you have Napoleon looking out for the Russian, helping him adjust to life in New York without embarrassing him over the tattered clothing. Well written. ;D
