Vistaprint has come through. duckys_lady ordered one there and I just ordered another for mrua7
They're a little squirrely sometimes but they'll make a mug and not ask questions.  They are not, apparently working for THRUSH.

You may have to adjust the graphic slightly but just enough to get it inside the 'safety line'.  Good luck.  Oh, use the promo SAVE50 to get it half price.  I don't know how long that will last, but it was good at midnight.

The p&p is usually prohibitive from here, but the UK loves a mug - so things often turn up. Quite often commercially - I have a Star Trek mug a friend bought from Debenhams (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Debenhams) (a venerable store - about as old as the independent USA). Apparently they have stores overseas, but I've not been in one, just the UK ones.

It's a lovely bit of gaudy kitsch, very much in tune with the original series.

We often have Easter eggs in mugs - which was the backbone of my mug collection when I left home to move into my own place.

Not sure how much of a thing that is elsewhere - it's funny what you never ask about other countries...

I know a number of sites will print to fan order (and a lot make t-shirts too) - but I'm not sure about vista print.

I've sent a support request to the LJ help desk. It's random, some people get a locked image, and I've had it happen on other peoples' posts as well. I don't know it's the platform, server... no idea. If you're interested in having a mug then you can pm me your email address and I'll send you the image.

It happens all the time. It is very rare that I can see a picture posted in section VII

I can't guarantee success, because it happens to me as well, but sometimes using a different browser works. (Chrome, in my case.)

Too bad, it's a hit and miss remedy with me too.

Try it on other comms though, it does work sometimes (assuming it's not a posting error, where someone has accidently locked the picture).

I see glennagirl is sending you the pic - so that's a happy ending :0)

I got a notice that my mug has shipped, so Vistaprint didn't have any trouble. It should be here Friday. :-)
