A Little Drabble Do Ya: Moving, A Sugar & Spies Drabble
The Russian looked around from his seat on the couch. He stroked his daughter’s hair absentmindedly and remarked, “Napoleon, we’re never moving, are we?”
“No, I just bought the penthouse next door! What made you ask?”
“I moved in here with exactly six boxes of clothes, books and records. We would need professional movers for your and Leona’s things.”
“I guess you haven’t noticed how much you’ve accumulated since you moved in, Comrade Materialistic!”
“Like?”
“More books, more clothes, more records plus photographs, souvenirs…”
“Alright!”
“Daddy? Papa?”
“Yes?”
“No place is better than here!”
“We’re never leaving. Right, Papa?”
“Right.”
“No, I just bought the penthouse next door! What made you ask?”
