New Daily Challenge ... Word of the Day

Just because we need another reason to write, here's something anyone can have fun with.  I hope a few of you non-writers will join in on this because it's as simple as, well, one sentence.
Word of the Day, courtesy of Word Genius, will be the prompt to write one sentence using this new word and thereby adding it to your vocabulary (if it isn't already there).
Just post a sentence in the comments and watch for others as they are added.
I'm hoping for lively participation.
And here's today's word:

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6

Logy

Part of speech: adjective
Origin: unknown, 19th century

Lacking vitality
Sluggish or lethargic

EXAMPLES OF LOGY IN A SENTENCE:

  1. My parents did not appreciate my logy approach to cleaning the dishes.

  2. I slept poorly last night, so I am feeling logy and slow this morning.

Though he would take frequent catnaps while on assignment, Illya Kuryakin for the most part was not what one would describe as lodgy; Napoleon might disagree.
