Question

I'm reading through my episode guides and I cannot find the name of the episode that featured the soon to be retired THRUSH agent and that explained that THRUSH kills its retirees.  I'm still looking; I thought it was in Season 3.

Anyone know which episode I'm talking about?  Thanks in advance.
