“Have you seen the new girl in Communications?”

Napoleon had to stop and consider who it was asking the question.

“Illya, do I detect an unlikely infatuation from you?”

The blond skewed his face in derision.

“What? No, I am merely …”

“Uh huh… You’re caught, tovarisch.  What is it about her that is so fascinating?”

Kuryakin shrugged his shoulders, annoyed at his inability to conceal the admiration he had immediately felt for the attractive redhead.

“I should not have said anything.  She is probably not single anyway.”

Napoleon wondered at Illya’s easy acceptance of defeat.

“I’ll check it out.”
