For Writer's Choice~ "Lucky'

I chose this little story today as it takes place in the summer...a nice change from the frigid temperatures of winter that so many of us are experiencing right now. (though right now it's nearing 60 F... a far cry of sub-zero temps only a few days ago)

Here Napoleon and Illya are charged with safeguarding a member of the mob, and keep him sequestered in an U.N.C.L.E. safehouse in Northern New Jersey. It's hot, sultry, and annoying for the boys as the man they're guarding is a complainer....yet the weather sets their minds to wondering about a life without U.N.C.L.E.

Hope you enjoy a little summer warmth as the fireflies drift in the night air, and a little surprise that pops up out of nowhere. Comments are most welcome!
