Napoleon at his most charming

This scene from Cherry Blossom is one of my favorite Napoleon moments.  As he tries to break through Cricket's tough exterior, that smile emerges, beckoning her to just yield to her inner girl.  He is charming and kind, a very sweet moment for him, I think.

Yes, this scene in CHERRY BLOSSOM is wonderful, showing the warm and character-inituitive side of Napoleon.

There are several moments like this in the series for Napoleon. Another one that comes to mind is the one in MONKS OF ST. THOMAS when, while the two are imprisoned in that dungeon, he is talking with the gal innoxwnr about the fiance she thought rather mundane and she comes to realize that doesn't matter since her fiance really loves her.

Napoleon's tenderness, when it peeks out, is a gorgeous thing to see. Thanks for a lovely pic, Glenna.
