avirra has a series of drabbles running over on fanfiction.net titled Is There A Russian Word For Drabble?  I don't know the answer to the question, but this one gave me a chuckle this morning, so I asked her if I could post it here on section7mfu

"So. Are you as bored as I am?"

"Not quite."

"How can you tell?"

"I am not quite bored enough to ask how bored you are."

"Great. Stuck with a smart-alecky Russian a hundred miles from nowhere."

"I think we are far closer to nowhere than that."

"You may have a point. Pretty desolate around here."

"If you are a fan of desolate, then yes. Pretty."

"You know what I mean."

"Rarely, but I have grown adept at faking it."
