Again, I'm stepping in for Glenna today.

This is one of a group of wonderful stories written by the award-winning, Pat Foley. Sadly she no longer writes Man from UNCLE fanfiction, and now focuses her efforts on 'Star Trek.'  I'm sure you'll enjoy this offering by Pat, and will want to read or re-read her other stories. The link takes you to File 40:
