Illya calls Napoleon 'Blockhead' at the end of the See-Paris-and-Die Affair.

yes, that's a funny one. Illya was, of course, really peeved at Napoleon at the time and some speculation has been that the writers really wanted him to say "Bastard!". But of course in 1960s television that was a "No go".

However, it wound up creating one of the cutest moments ;-) with a someway tongue-tied Illya only able to come up with "Blockhead!" to express his frustration at his partner in that moment.

I have to agree that it's quite obvious the word should have been 'bastard'.
