Snow Day Means Reading and Writing Day...

For many of us the weather has turned into Winter, with snow on the ground and more on the way.  My car is covered as are the steps leading up to the house. Short of a sled I don't have a good way down the hill, and that isn't actually a great idea.
So, for the housebound, snowbound... don't want to do anything else bound...
Let's write and read MFU.
Tomorrow we have our What's My Line? Challenge, and the line is I Want To Be Alone.  Surely there are some bright ideas swimming around out there.  And you still have the rest of the day to join in the drabble challenge.  That's just a tiny little 100 word bit of something you want to say.
And because it's wintry and cold here, I'm thinking of snowy stories.  Feel free to rec one or two, I'll start here with this one:

Yes, always the entire weekend. And of course any of the challenges can be posted late. We have rules, but we don't follow them at all times ;)

Oh, good, thanks - I thought that was what it was, but I wasn't sure. I'm still working on my pic fic for this week. Deadlines? What are those....

Also, we've had one day of snow this winter and that was Sunday. It had gone by Monday morning.

Even though we have deadlines for all our challenges, you can post your response to any challenge whenever you're able if you can't manage the due date. We'd rather have a fic posted late than not at all.
