I don't know where I got that Administrative Professionals' Day is in March. Actually it falls in April, April 25th this year. So here is the revised HODOWE Challenge Calendar:

Jan = Chinese New Year (missed this one this year as we started a bit late)
Feb = Groundhog Day (done)
Feb = Shrove Tuesday/Mardi Gras/Carnivale (currently in progress)
Mar = Vernal Equinox (posting for this one will be March 18th to 24th)
Apr = Poisson d'Avril (April Fools' Day)
Apr = Tax Day or other notation with regard to fiscal year
Apr = Administrative Professionals' Day
May = May Day
~~May = Armed Forces Day~~
Jul = San Fermin
Aug = International Left-Handers' Day
Oct = United Nations Day
Nov = Guy Fawkes Day
Nov = Election Day

In all likelihood we will combine Tax Day and Administrative Professionals' Day in a single story challenge. (Our first overlap challenge!) I'll provide more of a heads-up on that when the timeframe gets closer.
