Another day for us in this battle with what is, essentially, a cold on steroids.  I posted a very informative video yesterday, you might want to check it out.

We have a perfect breeze ruffling through the trees today. My wind chimes are tinkling and it almost seems like the breeze could sweep away what has been troubling us.

Take a few minutes everyday to just think on good things, pleasant things. I can't think of better advice right now than this:
Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise
It's good advice for all of us.
