Another day for us in this battle with what is, essentially, a cold on steroids.  I posted a very informative video yesterday, you might want to check it out.

We have a perfect breeze ruffling through the trees today. My wind chimes are tinkling and it almost seems like the breeze could sweep away what has been troubling us.

I hope your day is a good one, feel free to fill us in.

The last two days have been warm and sunny, with a gentle breeze. Today was cooler, and it has rained. I was actually glad of that. For the last two days I've had a sore throat and runny nose, which I knew to hay fever. However, a little voice at the back of mind kept saying "what if it isn't?". I knew from the weather forecast that the pollen count was high so I also knew that the rain today would suppress that. Today, my hay fever symptoms weren't there, which calmed my paranoia down a little.

Definitely hayfever, I've had it too. Could be tree pollen? Breezy, warm, everything is coming into flower and leaf.

The garden over the back fence is full of trees, and in our garden all of Dad's flowers are beginning to bloom. We have the windows open to get the air through, so I knew it was just hay fever. My problem is that my ever-present anxiety likes to make me think the worst-case scenario, even when I know what is really happening.

As long as you know. If you were really ill, I'm sure you'd know that too, from what people say.
I've been doing a bit of spring cleaning - it's the dust that sets me off on sneezing fits, and then anything does.

No rain today in my neck of the woods; a lovely warm day with fluffy clouds. Ideal for a spot of gardening but, unfortunately, my hover mower decided to pack up when I was halfway through cutting my little patch of grass.
At 8pm I was out by my front door, joining in with the rest of my neighbours in support of the NHS & all care workers by clapping, rattling saucepans, tooting car horns or cheering. Living on my own, my clapping doesn't seem loud enough compared to houses with families in them, so I've resolved to look out one of the ornamental bells that belonged to my Mother. Next Thursday I hope to be out there ringing a bell instead - just got to remember where I packed them.

While I approve your intentions, I can't help imagining some poor medical worker who finally got to go home and grab a couple hours sleep in his own bed for the first time in two weeks and had just fallen asleep at 7:50pm.

Today was rainy and windy where I live. It has been one of those days that I've been craving for a long time. It's been a few weeks since I've been laid off due to this virus and i've just been battling with a lot of emotions. I'm overwhelmed, and have a lot of anxiety that I've been trying to work through. But once this virus hit, it was like my anxiety came barreling straight at me. It's been hard, but I've been managing it. I also just joined LiveJournal today so I've been exploring the website.
