Statistical stuff: Minimum 500 words, no maximum.
Subject Matter: Write a MFU story using the photo prompt. Your fic. can be specifically about the prompt, featured or just mentioned in your story. It's meant to inspire!
Posting here should fit into the GENeral concepts of the section7mfu community, contain nothing explicit and reflects the 1960's series in style and content, and featuring our brave men from U.N.C.L.E. (of course) It's okay to use characters from the Girl from U.N.C.L.E. as well as original characters, but Napoleon and/or Illya must be part of your story!
Remember, Section VII is a GEN community.
That being said, there is a GEN-mature tag option for stories that contain more violence, torture, angst or very mild het. So if your story falls under one of these categories, please use the gen-mature tag.
Where to post:
Gen stories, gen-mature post in section7mfu
All other genres post in uncle_du_jour
Subject Header: Please include in the Subject Header: your Title, the phrase:'For Picfic Tuesday' and the original due date.
You must include the photo prompt with your story as a reference for you readers!
I'm still not used to a year that starts with 20 and yet, I'm going to take you back to 2015 in our Archives. It sounds like Star Trek star dates to me.
This is what was happening here on Section VII on May 7-8 of 2015.

A year or so ago we had a conversation about the muse, the lost muse and missing muse... you know what I mean.
I'm wondering if there's a way to jump start a muse search, perhaps track her down and talk some sense into the wayward sprite.
The poll we put up yesterday received some responses that indicated a lost muse is responsible for non-productivity where writing is concerned here in the MFU-niverse, and that a new challenge might do it for some of you.
A compelling challenge.
So, what constitutes a compelling challenge? We have weekly writing prompts here on Section VII, and admittedly a few of them have been here for a very long time. So, the topic is open for something new and different to ignite and inspire you to write. If you have a suggestion, please use the comments to post your ideas. We want you to write, and we are open to new topics and prompts that will help you (all of us), to get back to the exploits of Solo and Kuryakin in a big way.
55 Years of MFU can't be wrong. Right?

He fell hard, having been knocked backwards over a wooden rail fence. That sent him tumbling down around thirty feet until he came to a stop, having slammed into a large boulder.
His body remained still as his partner finished off the last of their attackers before hurtling over the fence, scrambling downwards to where Illya lay motionless.
Challenge: The Short Affair
-Prompt Word 1 - Sustain
-Prompt Word 2 – Parade
-Prompt Colour – White
Author: mrua7
Title: “In the nick of time”
Word count: Approx 785
It was hard for Solo to watch as a half-dozen prisoners dressed in tattered clothing were forced to parade in front of him. Among them was his partner who looked as white as a ghost and seemingly malnourished.
He was sure the Russian was being barely fed enough to sustain him, given Illya had a high metabolic rate made a minimum of food made it even more difficult for him.
The other prisoners were members of MI6, DGSE, and the CIA, so along with Kuryakin, THRUSH was digging for something; what that was, no one quite knew.
