I recommend the video I posted yesterday from Dr. Gundry, it puts everything in perspective. I can't think of better advice right now than this: Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise It's good advice for all of us.
