And it's time for ... Roll Call

Another day for us in this battle with what is, essentially, a cold on steroids.  I posted a very informative video yesterday, you might want to check it out.

We have a perfect breeze ruffling through the trees today. My wind chimes are tinkling and it almost seems like the breeze could sweep away what has been troubling us.

I hope your day is a good one, feel free to fill us in.

The last two days have been warm and sunny, with a gentle breeze. Today was cooler, and it has rained. I was actually glad of that. For the last two days I've had a sore throat and runny nose, which I knew to hay fever. However, a little voice at the back of mind kept saying "what if it isn't?". I knew from the weather forecast that the pollen count was high so I also knew that the rain today would suppress that. Today, my hay fever symptoms weren't there, which calmed my paranoia down a little.

Definitely hayfever, I've had it too. Could be tree pollen? Breezy, warm, everything is coming into flower and leaf.

The garden over the back fence is full of trees, and in our garden all of Dad's flowers are beginning to bloom. We have the windows open to get the air through, so I knew it was just hay fever. My problem is that my ever-present anxiety likes to make me think the worst-case scenario, even when I know what is really happening.

As long as you know. If you were really ill, I'm sure you'd know that too, from what people say.
I've been doing a bit of spring cleaning - it's the dust that sets me off on sneezing fits, and then anything does.
