PicFic Tuesday Challenge photo prompt for October 21

mrua7 while she's resting in a hospital bed. Hopefully our musician cousin is hearing sweet melodies of reassurance from her doctor, that all is well and she's soon to be back in action.
In the meantime, here's the prompt for this week with a target posting date of next Tuesday, October 29th. I don't suppose I need to remind you that this falls only two days before All Hallows Eve, or Halloween as we most commonly call it. This is your chance at a harrowing tale or a mysterious journey.
As always, if you can't post the story for this prompt next week then post it on a later Tuesday with the photo and original date included. Have fun and, dare I say it?
