Round Table - What About the Women?

THRUSH has lots of them, and they do their jobs as well as the men.

UNCLE has many female employees, although April Dancer is our lone Section II agent.

Apparently there are women in what we might term executive positions, Carla Drosten for example.

Lisa Rogers is another, although she is possibly a man-hater, or at the very least seems to loathe Kuryakin; an attitude that appears to be reciprocal.

Of course Carla turns out to be a traitor, which leads one to question the wisdom of putting women in key positions within UNCLE.  Some of them have questionable judgement (Mandy comes to mind), while almost all of them are suspiciously preoccupied with gaining Napoleon's attention.
So, are there any other key women we can turn to with a measure of confidence within UNCLE, or does THRUSH trump the good guys when it comes to equal opportunity for women?

On the Thrush side

[livejournal.com profile] spikesgirl58 has uncovered a Thrush memo (http://thrushies.livejournal.com/7408.html?style=mine) which I believe fits into this post very well.

THRUSH seems to have more perks for women than UNCLE does, and they seem to hold more positions of power but in the end, Thrushie's 'retirement' plan (I think illustrated in the Arabian Affair?) has a much less pleasant out come than that awaiting UNCLE personnel...
