Instead of The Reading Room...

How about a little exercise for everyone, even the so-called non-writers.  We've had a lot of long range challenges lately and I thought something off the cuff might be fun.
Three pictures that are not related, yet.  I propose a drabble length description, plot or action for each that has the goal of tying them all together as a very short story.
The drabble 100 word count is just a suggestion, but the total should be 500 words or less.
Anyone game for this? Use the tag impromptu challenge and start posting as soon as you're done.

So, just a summary would be enough? For this one, eg: 'Checking out a dead Thrush's office, Napoleon and Illya hear a sinister scrabbling behind a wall. They find it slides open, to a mysterious underground and nonhuman civilisation, who turn out to be not quite as Lovecraftian as they first appear. The agents hope. Waverly agrees they should be left alone, but just in case a monitor is set up.'
