Everything fine in the apt building: power restored, so heat and hot water and everything.
I worked from home on Citrix today and likely will be working that way for a few weeks at least as my office bldg in South Street Seaport in Manhattan has serious electrical damage from salt water incursion and thus won't reopen for at least that. Right now my company is running Citrix service for NY folks out of their LA office.
