We'll be back next week.
Jan. 10th, 2016 12:01 pmPrompts will begin posting tomorrow for The Short Affair and PicFic!
For the newest members of Section VII,
here's a list of all the challenges that we run.
(though some are still on hiatus)
Lot's of writing and reading to do on Section VII:
Section VII is primarily a writing site, that's pretty much all we do here, and are loving every minute of it, but where would we be without our loyal readers?
We're not just all about writing challenges either, as the site is for open posting as well. If you've written a gen or gen-mature MFU story,
you're most welcome to post it here anytime!
Here's a list of our scheduled writing challenges, just in case
you feel like 'jumping into the pool' for some fun and games, so to speak.
Or again, just post one of your own stories instead.
Here's our list of challenges to choose from here on Section VII!:
1. The Short Affair Challenge (due on Mondays) hosted by JantoJones
2. PicFic Tuesday Challenge (due on Tuesdays) hosted my mrua7
3. A little Drabble Do Ya (due on Wednesdays) hosted by Glennagirl
4. Song Story, Ladies First (about the women of UNCLE) which are on a brief hiatus. and What's my Line? due on Thursdays/Fridays) hosted by Glennagirl
5. The LifeCycle challege, HOWDOWE - (Holidays of dubious origin) and QUOTE ME! - hosted by LaH Carabele
6. The Great Episode Challenge-hosted by alynwa. Prompt posts the first Thursday of the month, stories posts on the third Thursday.
Not to worry...they're all kept track of on our Calendar posted at the beginning of each month as well as broken down weekly by our very organized Calendar Girl: Lindafishes8
So lots to choose from if you have a hankering to write some fanfiction about our brave Men from U.N.C.L.E. and their adventures to save the world (among other things....) So pick a challenge or two or choose them all if you're feeling ambitious. Most of all, have some fun with them! Or just lots to read!
Other events on Section VII:
Fridays: Glennagirl, our fearless leader posts the Reading Room which is her personal reading recommendations.
On Saturdays we have the Writer’s Choice! hosted by mrua7. This is an opportunity for writers to rec. their own stories, and readers to rec. stories by their favorite authors.
Sunday: we have the Round Table discussion hosted by Glennagirl- open to all writers and readers alike and anyone else lurking about who'd like to jump in on the discussions.
And non-challenge happenings on Section VII:
All kept in order by the:
