April breathed in the crisp air. "I love January."
"It's cold, wet and dull," Mark grimaced.
"But it's the start of a new year, darling. Anything could happen."
"And most likely none of it will be good," Illya put in gloomily. "As I recall last year I had already been shot. Twice. Once by Napoleon."
"So this year is already better then," she said brightly. "Napoleon, you agree with me, right?"
"I don't mind January, I just wish it didn't seem to be the longest month," he said ruefully."Roll on payday. And speaking of which, can anyone lend me ten dollars....?"
