What a charming interlude. I find it very believable about Illya knowing ice skating, and Napoleon picking it up so quickly. And, of course, I love every bit about the dog. A mascot both pleasant and useful, as Thrush will find out next invasion.
Good scene setting, and I do like their characteristic contrast in garb.
