You can kinda get an idea what Spaghetti-Os are if you look at the classic ad for them mrua7 posted in the Chapter 12 "alert".
The best way to describe them are spaghetti "rings" of different sizes in a cheap, slightly more liquid tomato "sauce". They don't take long to heat up on top of the stove (which is why I had Napoleon Solo mention that he had several tins of them to the ever-hungry Illya Kuriakin.)
