I'm Irish on my Dad's side and Welsh on my Mom's....with a tiny bit of Norse thrown in to make it interesting. While Jameson is good my favorite is "Black Bush" - Bushmill's aged in Sherry kegs.....very smooth. Lots of Murphys, Kellys etc. in the background.....Frye is my married name.
