Good morning, and welcome to today's prompts. I woke to a blizzard this morning, but after looking at the snow you've had in the states, I can't really complain. The words, which fate has given us today, could very easily reflect the weather we've had in Britain the last couple of days. Of course, you can write whatever comes to mind.

The two UNCLE agents stood at the edge of the pool, mesmerized by the sight.  the surface color was purple, clear and glistening.  Beneath was a layer of black, almost resembling an oil slick that had somehow been turned upside down.

Napoleon agreed to meet his contact for a delivery at the Empire State building in the most visible but invisible of all locations. He stepped through the 34th St. entrance, walking casually but with purpose as he crossed through the lobby.


There was always a hustle and bustle as people came and went. Most were there for business, yet some came because it was romantic place to propose to a girlfriend, but to most it was a must-see for the view alone.

Paris was a revelation that surpassed anything that Illya Nickovetch Kuryakin could have imagined within the drab confines of his former life. Nothing would ever be the same, he was certain of it now; and in spite of being watched by those whose lives consisted of spying on loyal Soviet citizens, a sense of freedom permeated this new experience like nothing before.

The last thing Illya expected to see, as he drove back from another successful assignment, was a heavily pregnant woman in the middle of the road; especially miles from any town. Given her size, the Russian could easily have believed she’d gone beyond her third trimester. He brought his car to a stop behind, what he presumed, was her vehicle.
