Happy Day After Christmas...

Well, the  big event has passed... Christmas is a memory now and hopefully rest and recovery close at hand.
We're taking a rest from some of the challenges, giving everyone a chance to breathe and regroup.  I know I'm in need of that.
As always the comm is open for original or recommended stories, non-challenge, late entries and forgotten works in progress.  This is an excellent time to catch up on challenge stories that you didn't quite finish.  Just drop in and surprise us.
With a new year just days away I hope  you will continue to read and write MFU and share with us here on Section VII.  A new feature that I hope will bring some of our lurkers out of the shadows ( you know who you are ;), will let  you offer prompts for stories.  I'll tell you more about it next week.
