Section VII always runs something for Halloween, with the event ending before the start of the Halloween Challenge over in Scrapbook.

Am tossing around the idea of a Round Robin, as the last two we've done have gone over very well. Halloween opens the door wide for spooky, scary, angsty and yes...silly chapters.
