Short Affair PROMPTS for November 13th

Can you believe that it's Monday again, already? Well, you know what that means. It's Short Affair Day! The prompts you'll need, for November 13th, are down below the cut, along with the rules. I don't want to push you in any direction but, one of the word/colour combinations just screams 'Illya'.

To join in with today's postings just follow this link for the prompts you need.

Remember, Section VII is a Gen site, but stories which are Het, Long-term Romance or AU can be posted in mfu_map_room.

Posting directly to Section VII is still fine but, if you wish, you can post your story elsewhere and provide a link. Please say where the link leads as a lot of people are unwilling to go to certain sites. Don't forget, Section VII and the Map Room are both available on Dreamwidth, for those of you who can figure it out (Just let us know if you posted there).

The wall was just too high. He took a run and leapt for the coping stone, but only succeeded in barking his knuckles. He fell and staggered slightly.

“I need your back, Napoleon,” he whispered.

It was tempting to make a comment but there were dangers associated with irritating his partner. Napoleon merely bent for Illya to scramble onto his back and make a slightly ungraceful, but this time successful landing.

“I thought you could climb anything,” he muttered now.

“I can,” came a savage whisper from above, “but I need at least one projection to get started, and you are quite a …”

“Don’t say it!”

“Large fat one,” came the Parthian shot, as Illya dropped down the other side.

“Scrag-end! Short-ass!” he stage-whispered back.

The other men glanced at each other through the gloom, exchanging a single, silently expressed thought: two senior agents – snarling like a couple of alleycats. They’d been bickering all the way.
