To say I've had trouble keeping up with things is a big understatement.  I am not organized under the best of circumstances, and lately I've been very scattered with work and other activities, obligations, etc...
So, I've posted a drabble a day late, and now I'm thinking we can rec some stories.  Let us know you're out there and we'll post some things that haven't seen the light of day for a while.
I was left a kudos on this little story and it turned out I had forgotten all about it.  I think it's worth looking at again.

I'm a little late with this. Haven't been on LJ much this week. Thanks to Hypatia's posting that brought it to my attention.

As the doors to the elevator opened, Napoleon Solo cautiously stuck his head out before exiting. He looked left and then right, seeing the coast was clear but still he paused to listen for footsteps coming either way.

“Napoleon,” Illya said,”what the devil is wrong with you? You are as nervous as a mouse in a room full of cats.”

“Nice simile and yes, a cat with very sharp claws.”

“Ahhhh, which woman is it now?”
