Short Affair PROMPTS for October 15th

It's Hallowe'en month! Section VII will be having it's '7 Days of Hallowe'en' event later in the month but, in the mean-time, there's nothing to stop us getting spooky early. If you want to write a spooky story for the Short Affair, then please feel free.

The prompts for the stories due on October 15th can all be found down below the cut. For stories due today, simply follow this link for the prompts.

Don't forget, you can now chose to use one of the prompt words, or to use both in your story (not forgetting the colour element), remembering to state which combination of prompts you are using.

Remember, Section VII is a Gen site, but stories which are Het, Long-term Romance or AU can be posted in mfu_map_room.

Posting directly to Section VII is still fine but, if you wish, you can post your story elsewhere and provide a link. Please say where the link leads as a lot of people are unwilling to go to certain sites. Don't forget, Section VII and the Map Room are both available on Dreamwidth, for those of you who can figure it out (Just let us know if you posted there).

Napoleon Solo appeared in the hallway outside the hotel room he was sharing (as usual) with his partner.

He gave their coded knock on the door instead of just opening it with his key...no need to catch Illya off guard, not that he’d be doing anything other than reading or sleeping.

It was post mission and they were in Paris; Mr. Waverly had graciously given them a few days R&R on the organization’s dime, but not without a caveat, warning Napoleon to not be extravagant in his spending. The consequences would be severe as anything deemed over the top was threatened to be take out of Solo’s next paycheck.

“Ouch...” that was the only thing Napoleon said before closing his communicator, but the Old Man's threat wouldn’t put a damper on his night out in beau Paris!
