Tired of seeing the same authors rec'd over and over.  Why not do a little recommending of your own? The WRITER'S AND READER'S CHOICE gives you, the writers and readers of MFU fanfiction, the opportunity to post your personal picks, be it your own stories or those of your favorite author.

Dig up your faves from way back when and revive them here, or rec a more recently written story. Post a link to them here in section7mfu

Just remember this is a gen site, however that being said, you may also rec stories of a gen-mature nature that contain violence, torture, or mild het.

This month marks the 7th Anniversary of
the PicFic Tuesday Challenge here on Section VII.

In honor of this amazing anniversary we're posting the original prompt from
the very first PicFic as this month's PicFic Challenge.

Your story is Due:
Tuesday August 27th, though you can post
  anytime between now and the end of the month!

If you’re late, that's okay. We'd rather read your MFU fic
a little late than not at all!

Just make sure to include the photo prompt with your story!

Statistical stuff: Minimum 500 words, no maximum

Subject Matter: Write a MFU story using the photo prompt. Your fic. can be specifically about the prompt, featured or just mentioned in your story. It's meant to inspire!

Posting here should fit into the GENeral concepts of the section7mfu community, contain nothing explicit and reflects the 1960's series in style and content, featuring our brave men from U.N.C.L.E.

However, that being said, there is a GEN-mature tag option for stories that contain violence, torture, angst or very mild het. So if your story falls under one of these categories, please use the appropriate tag.

Section VII is a GEN community. However, your response can be in any genre be it, gen, het, romance, AU, slash, but please post your story in the appropriate site listed below.
