It's Coming Back...

It's been a while since we had this challenge on a regular basis.  

What is the What If? Challenge.  It is a proposition of sorts, the suggestion of a situation in which the duo of Solo and Kuryakin might find themselves, and that you can flesh out and put into a story. The tag for this has a limited amount of stories for some unexplained reason.  This challenge had a pretty good run, so I can't figure out where the stories are.  Don't let that stop you, we're going forward!

The first one will start next week, so you have time to gear up for some writing, and in the meantime don't neglect what's already in place. Click on these to see what the current (or past), prompts are and... you know what's coming... Start Writing!

Napoleon would vacillate from physically struggling and being agitated to a deathly silence.

When he did speak, he begged to be let loose and repeated over and over that he had to go.

“Napoleon dearest, it’s me April,” she bent down, positioning her lips close to his ear. “Don’t you recognize me?”

Given the fact that she and Solo had been carrying on a relationship behind the scenes, she expected at least one of his libidinous responses.Yet he looked right through her as if she wasn’t even there.”

“It’s as if he’s under a spell,” Slade remarked.

“That is it!” Illya snapped his finger.”Why did I not think of that?”

He smacked himself in the forehead with the butt of his hand, instantly regretting it as he already had a headache from the pounding his partner had given him.

“Could you be a bit more specific?” Ellery asked.
