Where's Waldo?

Remember that one?  I never fully got the story on it myself, but the question still hangs in the air.  Which made me wonder...

Who exactly is Waldo? And what is the significance of finding him?  We don't have a Short Affair prompt this week, so what if we make Waldo the prompt, and build a story around how he might figure into a story with Napoleon and Illya & Co.

Just play around with it, post what you come up with as an Impromptu Challenge.

No particular rules to this one, make it a drabble, short or long. We like Gen here, but if you have other ideas use mfu_map_room to post Het or AU.
